1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the zs999 platform available at zs999.ws (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "the Service", or "zs999"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you have registered. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

zs999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Notice of material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or via email to the registered address on your account. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the "Last Reviewed" field at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the zs999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. zs999 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by any person under the age of 18, regardless of the age of majority in any particular jurisdiction.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must register as an individual in your own name and for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or contractual obligation that would prohibit you from using online gaming services.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information updated throughout the duration of your account.

zs999 employs age and identity verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted under your account credentials is your legal responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the support team immediately and change your password without delay.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

zs999 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and activating certain account features. The KYC process requires submission of the following documentation:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on zs999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). zs999 does not apply currency conversion to player accounts. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

zs999 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer from accounts held with Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time and will be listed in the cashier section of the Platform.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of initiating a deposit. Players are responsible for ensuring that any deposit initiated falls within the applicable limits. Deposits that exceed the maximum limit may be returned to the source payment method, subject to processing times.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. zs999 targets the following processing timelines, measured from the point of withdrawal request approval:

4.4 No Platform-Side Withdrawal Fees

zs999 does not charge any platform-side fee on player withdrawals. You will receive the full amount of your approved withdrawal request in your chosen payment method. Please note that your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside zs999's control.

4.5 Withdrawal to Source Policy

As a general principle, zs999 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy exists to prevent financial fraud and money laundering. Where the original deposit method is unavailable, alternative arrangements may be made subject to additional KYC verification at zs999's discretion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, zs999 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion description.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player account are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total volume of real-money bets that must be placed before the bonus balance — and any winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the promotion description. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires the player to place a total of ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus-derived balance is released for withdrawal.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, keno, and sports betting markets may carry different contribution rates as specified in the individual promotion terms. Playing a game that carries a 0% contribution rate does not progress the wagering requirement. Players are responsible for reviewing the eligible games list before participating in a promotion.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period, which begins from the date the bonus is credited to the player account. Bonus funds that are not wagered in full by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each promotion is stated in its specific terms.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. If a player has an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, a new bonus cannot be activated until the existing requirement is fulfilled or the existing bonus is voluntarily forfeited. Voluntarily forfeiting a bonus also forfeits any bonus-derived winnings accrued to that point.

5.5 Abuse and Misuse of Promotions

zs999 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the promotion has been abused, exploited, or obtained by fraudulent means. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using betting patterns designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating activity with other players to exploit promotional mechanics.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By registering an account on zs999, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment — and to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and Conditions at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with the Platform or its support team.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating the account on behalf of a third party or facilitating gambling activity for others.
• Accessing the Platform using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform's systems.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors in displayed odds, or technical malfunctions in any game or the sportsbook for financial gain. Any bets or wins derived from exploiting a technical error are void and will not be paid.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or disguise money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct towards support staff or other users of the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account closure, or restriction that has been applied to an account belonging to you or any other person.

zs999 monitors Platform activity for evidence of prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, zs999 may take immediate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, permanent ban, and referral to relevant authorities, as circumstances warrant.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the zs999 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design, user interface layout, written content, game assets, software, and underlying technology architecture, is the intellectual property of zs999 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of zs999.

Game titles, studio names, and associated assets — including those from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under licence. Any unauthorised use of these assets is prohibited.

The zs999 brand name and logo may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written agreement. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to zs999 by players may be used by zs999 freely and without compensation or attribution.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your zs999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, zs999 will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests have been processed. Once an account is closed at the player's request, any active bonus balances and associated wagering progress will be forfeited.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by zs999

zs999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player's account activity raises concerns of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• The player has provided false or unverifiable identity documentation.
• The player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• zs999 is required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation.
• The player's conduct towards support staff or other users has been abusive or threatening.

Where an account is closed by zs999 for reasons unrelated to a breach by the player — for example, due to a regulatory change — any verified real-money balance held in the account will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method on the account.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. zs999 will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address before applying a dormancy status. Once classified as dormant, a monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in and completing a re-verification. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly classified as dormant should contact the support team.
